Job Details
SIXT Australia is seeking a National Claims Manager to manage a team of claims officers. This role can be based remotely across Australia.
- Design, embed, and manage effective debt recovery processes for vehicle damage costs.
- Drive a high-performance and accountable team culture by mentoring, training, and inspiring your claims team.
- Monitor and report on claims performance, setting and achieving debt recovery targets.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies, legal regulations, and reporting standards.
- Champion continuous improvement, leading best practice initiatives.
- Oversee the negotiation and approval of payment plans.
- Resolve complex customer claims and legal matters.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong dispute handling, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the MS suite and reporting systems.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- High-level attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
