National Insurance Channel Sales Manager is responsible for building and securing new B2B relationships with insurance companies across the US. Recruit, hire, and lead the national insurance channel sales team and increase IDIQ brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with C-Level executives in insurance.
- Excel in business development, sales, and managing high-value insurance company relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and lead the sales team: training, coaching, goal setting, and optimizing performance.
- Manage KPIs for self and team members.
- Analyze business environment, understand competitors, and retain/expand customer base.
- Guide partners from discovery to implementation, aiming to increase enrollment and commissions.
- Generate, nurture, and close leads.
- Enhance IDIQ brand presence nationally.
- Achieve targeted KPIs and results.
- Attend trade shows, network, and present professionally (virtually and in-person).
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams.
- Develop market strategy and plan.
- Develop and manage client pipeline.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings (Zoom/Teams).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evolve sales strategies.
- Utilize sales CRM.
- Travel to meet clients and attend meetings.
- Exceed growth objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- 10-15 years senior sales experience in insurance (property & casualty, reinsurance, account management).
- Strong business-to-business sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 (full-time)
