Full-Time Network Card Brand Compliance Manager

• Ownership of Network Brand Updates:Serve as the internal owner of all network card brand updates. Lead cross-functional implementation of brand updates. Maintain a centralized repository of current brand standards.
• Interchange Pricing Analysis:Analyze interchange pricing structures and assess the financial impact of network brand updates. Collaborate with Finance and Pricing teams to model scenarios. Provide recommendations to mitigate adverse financial impacts.
• Brand Compliance Oversight:Ensure merchant acceptance practices align with network brand requirements. Monitor and enforce compliance with network branding rules.
• Network Relationship Management:Act as the primary liaison with card networks on brand compliance. Coordinate responses to network audits and compliance reviews.
• Merchant Experience & Brand Integrity:Guide internal teams on proper usage of network logos. Support merchant education initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Risk, Legal, Product, Sales, and Operations to embed brand compliance. Partner with Marketing to ensure promotional materials meet network branding requirements.
• Policy & Procedure Development:Develop and maintain acquirer-specific brand compliance policies and training programs. Lead internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation:Identify brand-related risks in merchant acceptance. Recommend and implement corrective actions.
