Full-Time Non QM Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager

• Manage loans based on estimated close dates.
• Follow up on suspense conditions.
• Partner with Account Executives and Operations staff.
• Work closely with customers to clear loans to close.
• Review documents and conditions.
• Update system notes.
• Complete required checklists and worksheets.
• Provide status updates.
• Assist clients with submitting loans.
• Upload required documents.
• Support clients with questions.

• 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Loan Processor in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with Non QM, conventional and government products.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Encompass.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Internet browsers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Sound judgment skills.
• Flexibility and time management skills.
