Full-Time Offering Development Coordinator

Overview: The Offering Development Coordinator is a pivotal role managing and coordinating successful offering releases. This role requires both product and project management experience, ensuring offerings launch following the Offering Lifecycle Management process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offering Release Management: Lead coordination and release of offerings, aligned with CTO and Head of Offering Management objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the offering lifecycle. Adopt agile ways of working to promote efficient processes and team collaboration. Ensure quality and timeliness of offering releases, managing stakeholder expectations. Identify and address potential risks, devising mitigation strategies. Produce and disseminate regular progress reports, focusing on resource allocation and backlog management.
2. Offering Catalogue Management: Maintain accuracy and up-to-dateness of offerings in the catalogue. Work with Offering Owners to ensure full documentation of existing offerings.
3. Offering Lifecycle Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance offering management processes, emphasizing agile methodologies. Lead initiatives to automate and streamline processes for improved team efficiency. Standardize communication across teams for clarity and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Offering/Product Coordination, Product Ownership, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong project management skills, proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Understanding of Managed and Professional Services is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across various teams.
