About the Role: Reports to VP of Operations. Provides operational SME knowledge. Ensures high-standard systems, new products/enhancements are fully tested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert-level SME knowledge on treasury management and digital assets, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices for digital/fiat asset security, optimizing treasury/financial processes.
- Support: Project requirement specifications, production environment testing (happy/unhappy path), operational requirements, impact assessments.
- Create & Own: Test plans, execution of production testing, documentation of results, go-live checklists and sign-offs, pilot/roll-out plan timelines, continuous improvement backlogs (tracking system improvements), working closely with Product & Tech Teams for testing and solutions.
- Work closely with: Operations to ensure seamless go-lives, creating handover docs/guides and demos, identifying blockers/risks/issues on new projects (troubleshooting and resolution with Product and Tech), growing knowledge on how operations works, new project management, running operational retrospectives, managing comms.
- Manage communication between relevant teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a regulated payment business.
- Strong financial acumen, commercial awareness, analytical skills, methodical/analytical problem-solving.
- Change management skills, experience with process change.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, influencing, communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder leadership (internal/external, senior-level influencing/relationship management/consulting).
- Ability to multitask, manage workload.
