Who We Are and What We are Doing:
Ethena Labs is building groundbreaking digital dollar products. USDe, is a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, using a delta-neutral hedged basis strategy. iUSDe is designed for traditional financial institutions. Ethena has also developed USDtb: a fiat backed GENIUS compliant stablecoin.
The Role
The Operations Manager will report to the COO and support the launch of an aligned exchange, including communicating with users, monitoring risk metrics, and collaborating on product development.
What You'll Do
- Become the internal point of contact of key projects and partnerships launching externally.
- Contribute to the successful launch and management of initiatives and partnerships.
- Assist the COO in managing operational approval & consensus flows.
- Create & contribute to the analysis of business + market information.
- Be flexible to the business's needs, including taking meetings across many time zones.
What We're Looking For
- Team Work: Ability to put the team first and work cross-functionally.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate to different audiences.
- Exchange Risk Experience: Understanding of offshore digital asset exchanges' derivatives risk engines.
- Product Management: Track record of creating and delivering projects with clear success metrics.
- Data Analysis: Comfort with sourcing, cleaning, and communicating business insights.
- User Facing: Existing relationships with exchange users and empathy for their workflows.
