Full-Time Operations Manager

Grantek Systems Integration is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring successful project execution and exceptional client service. This role is hands-on throughout the project lifecycle, including sales, execution, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage project teams for efficient execution, high-quality work, and achieving chargeability targets.
2. Drive outstanding customer experiences by building strong relationships and proactively addressing their needs.
3. Support proposal development and contribute to securing new business.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
5. Mentor and develop direct reports through regular performance reviews and professional development planning.
6. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with company strategy.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
8. Engage in strategic planning and decision-making.
9. Travel up to 10% outside the district (as required).

Must-Haves:

• At least 8 years of operations or sales experience in a technical or engineering-driven industry.
