Plane is seeking an Operations Specialist – Payments. This role involves collaborating with team members, banking partners, and customers to ensure seamless payment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding customers.
- Ensuring payment documentation is accurate and timely.
- Working with support teams to provide excellent customer experiences.
- Resolving documentation errors quickly.
- Working daily with banking partners, payment processors, and customers.
- Resolving issues with banks and partners and ensuring customer compliance.
- Monitoring day-to-day documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with financial documentation compliance (CDD and KYC).
- Experience at a fast-growing company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work within the UTC+0 to UTC-8 time zone.
Preferred:
- Experience in a distributed environment.
- Work experience in payment, accounting, or finance.
- Work experience in customer verification and compliance documentation.
