Full-Time Outsource Lead

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day collaboration with external development partners across multiple disciplines (art, animation, design, programming, QA, audio, etc.).
• Define outsourcing strategies in alignment with project goals and production plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external studios.
• Collaborate closely with internal producers, team leads, and directors to identify outsourcing needs and capacity gaps.
• Supervise the quality of outsourced work.
• Support contract management and resource forecasting.
• Negotiate business terms and agreements with external partners.
• Identify risks and dependencies related to external development and proactively mitigate them.
• Foster efficient communication channels and continuous improvement of co-dev processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective tools, systems, workflows, and operational policies.
• Drive process optimization and documentation to ensure scalability and efficiency in outsourcing operations.
