Full-Time Senior Level Designer

• Define and build levels, iterate intensively (playtest and implement feedback).
• Collaborate with art, design, and code teams.
• Ensure visual quality while retaining gameplay and fun.
• Integrate new features into levels.
• Full ownership: from paper design to optimization.
• Manage or supervise Strike Teams.
• Bug fixing and knowledge base case studies.
• Share knowledge with peers.
• Support recruitment projects with HR.
• Onboard new hires.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional level design experience.
• Shipped AAA title on PC or console.
• Level design practice and theory.
• Knowledge of Maya, 3DS Max, or similar 3D software.
• Feedback implementation.
• Understanding of game development processes.
• Experience with video game engines.
• Familiarity with visual scripting.
• Proficiency with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team player.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Passion for playing and making video games.
