Full-Time Paraplanner

Seeking a talented Paraplanner to join the Central support Paraplanning team, providing support to Financial Planners and ensuring a positive client experience. You will support financial planners with client meetings, including cashflow presentations and preparing technical responses.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare suitability reports for various advice types, products, and investments.
• Support financial planners in client meetings (cashflow, technical matters).
• Conduct necessary technical research.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records (KYC).
• Ensure high-quality, efficient client advice preparation, mitigating risks and achieving business targets.
• Communicate effectively with Financial Planners to manage delivery dates.
• Manage processes, tasks, and comply with FCA guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Level 4 qualified (CII, Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning).
• Level 6/Chartered status (advantageous).
• Demonstrable paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering written financial advice.
• Experience preparing suitability reports, researching & analyzing products.
• Strong knowledge of financial products (SIPPs, ISAs, Pensions, Bonds, Investments, inheritance tax, estate planning).
• Strong organization, prioritization, independent, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management & positive influencing skills.
• Strong literacy, numerical, and analytical skills.
