Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Payroll Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, compliance, and strategic planning. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, and providing strategic payroll guidance to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process global payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Coordinate with global payroll providers in France, UK, UAE, Australia, and others.
- Manage relevant payroll provider and software vendor relationships.
- Maintain and communicate annual payroll calendar.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salary changes, exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, and other necessary records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements related to compensation, including periodic and year-end reports for internal use and compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation accounting, or other related experience.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, as well as MS Office (Excel expertise).
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compensation best practices.
