Role summary: Provide full support to the Managing Director, manage multiple diaries, coordinate activities and maintain confidentiality. Represent the Director in communications, manage projects and allocate administrative resources as needed.
Key duties:
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings and travel arrangements; act as a filter for external queries (calls, emails, correspondence).
- Draft correspondence and responses on behalf of the Managing Director and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, reports, contracts and official releases.
- Access and action items from the MD's email account and escalate matters requiring personal attention.
- Support large-scale meetings and events and supervise or allocate administrative resources when necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior PA experience supporting senior directors.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office systems.
- Excellent written and spoken communication; strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, manage conflicting priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to travel to UK hubs; hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home).
