Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic Platform Product Manager to build core capabilities that will power the future of Teachstone’s platform. You’ll own the development of foundational platform services that make it easier to create, deliver, and track meaningful learning experiences at scale. This includes leveraging emerging technologies like AI to unlock personalization, automate manual processes, and accelerate insights. You’ll work closely with value stream teams to ensure they can move faster, innovate more effectively, and deliver unparalleled experiences to educators.
Role Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define and deliver a platform strategy that closes critical capability gaps. Prioritize initiatives that balance immediate value with long-term strategic alignment, including AI investments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Product Operating Model Advocacy: Champion the product operating model, collaborate with value stream teams, and influence stakeholders.
- Customer Insight & Internal Partner Engagement: Anchor decisions in the end-user, translate feedback into actionable improvements, and partner with internal teams to connect platform capabilities to outcomes.
- Success Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track success metrics for platform adoption and business impact. Drive adoption through clear communication and documentation.
Role Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management on platform or infrastructure teams.
- Proven success in the product operating model.
- Ability to support and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of prioritizing effectively and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Comfort navigating complex technical concepts, including AI and machine learning.
- Passion for improving educator and learner outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills.
