Full-Time Preboarding Specialist

Preboarding Specialist provides support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.

Part of Cielo's internal Bridge Team, focused on background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding.

Work Remotely, 7am - 5pm CST

1. Enter and track candidate orders.
2. Review submittals for compliance.
3. Review background and drug reports for compliance.
4. Complete welcome calls and emails to candidates.
5. Monitor vendor systems for progress and escalate issues.
6. Provide excellent service to candidates, clients, and client teams.
7. Assist vendors with required checks.
8. Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion.
9. Assist with building new client audit detail procedures, auditing candidate orders, and ensuring position requirements and client standards are met.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a business or office environment with customer service and administrative skills.

Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), typing skills (40 WPM minimum).
