Job Details
Order Processing Specialist accurately processes purchases daily, handles account activations, and responds to various requests.
Serves as the primary internal customer contact, communicating with customers (directly or through sales) to close business and complete administrative functions aligned with the Global Sales Team's objectives.
Manages regular and ad-hoc projects, gathering information from multiple company departments.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs:
- Processes external customer purchase orders, signed Order Forms, or other forms of commitments.
- Provisions new and existing customer accounts on multiple platforms for various products.
- Processes internal customer requests.
- Resolves customer issues/concerns regarding purchases/provisioning.
- Responds to customer email inquiries and requests.
- Develops and maintains excellent rapport with both internal and external customers.
- Provides first-hand support to sales, resellers/partners, finance, and product support teams globally.
- Maintains an excellent working knowledge of Turnitin LLC products, sales promotions, and order processes.
- Performs other administration duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Essential:
- High level of computer literacy
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-retention focus
- Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and work well as part of a team
- Preferred:
- 2-3 years’ experience in order processing, customer service, or related experience.
- Education:
- University degree
