Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Regular contact to determine satisfaction, understand challenges and concerns.
• Support appropriate product usage and educate on new features.
• Negotiate renewal contracts within budget.
• Resolve client problems, enhance relationships.
• Upsell additional modules/products.
• Promote product usage to increase ROI and renewals.
• Monthly health checks on accounts.
• Maintain contracts and billing accuracy.
• Document communication in CRM.
• Collaborate with management.
• Exhibit professional and courteous demeanor.

Requirements:

• Proven Customer Success/Account Management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent judgment, discretion.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Self-motivated and assertive.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Desirable:

• Monday.com and HubSpot knowledge.
• Understanding of NHS and UK healthcare.
• Workforce/Staff Management experience.

Working Requirements:

• Monday - Friday, flexible hours (37.5 hours per week).
• Flexible working arrangements (depending on location).
• Occasional national travel.
• 25 days annual leave + benefits (including quarterly bonus).
