ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a strong Full Stack Software Engineer for the Flash Business.
• Write efficient, reliable, maintainable, and defect-free code.
• Design and implement software to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions addressing user requirements.
• Participate in software development practices like spec and code review.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies and incorporate them into your work.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proactively identify and implement effective software solutions.
• Be a go-getter and technically unbounded.

REQUIRED:

• Strong technical leadership in driving projects from start to finish.
• Experience in Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in DevOps, including developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in developing application software throughout its lifecycle (use case framing, prototyping, development, and containerized deployment).
• Ability to shape and share technical execution plans with stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, algorithms, and data structures with proficiency in languages like Python, Golang, Ruby, C++, or C#.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end web development using HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript libraries/frameworks like React (with Next.js), Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with OLTP databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Experience with OLAP databases (Redshift, BigQuery, Pinot, Databricks, or Snowflake).
• Experience with RESTful APIs (FastAPI/Flask), GraphQL, or other APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

PREFERRED:

• 8+ years of experience in software design/architecture/development.
• Expertise in system languages like Java, Python, Golang, C++, or C#.
• Demonstrable experience with full-stack application development, including proficiency in microservices, containerization, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
