The Corporate Finance team seeks a finance professional to provide financial insights for decision-making and support Corporate Finance processes, internal/external reporting, and partnerships.
This 100% remote role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Finance and involves frequent interaction with business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and review monthly Corporate reporting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance drivers and create financial metrics/performance reports.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide recommendations.
- Provide updates to senior leadership on business status and key performance drivers.
- Support CFO, Investor Relations Head, and other leaders with ad-hoc requests.
- Identify/lead initiatives to improve/automate forecasting and reporting.
- Support Executive/Board presentations, progress monitoring, and financial close activities.
- Build/maintain infrastructure to forecast company balance sheet.
- Demonstrate deep analysis of cash activity to forecast/calculate Non-GAAP free cash flow, and analyze working capital drivers for improved cash flow.
- Support Quarterly Earnings preparation.
- Design/develop scalable/optimized Anaplan models for business needs and ad-hoc analysis.
- Maintain Anaplan models (data integrations, calculations, reporting).
Requirements:
- 3+ years progressive finance experience. Exposure to SaaS business models preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and experience with large datasets.
- Experience utilizing accounting/forecasting concepts in financial projections.
- Active listening, relevant questioning, confident independent thinking to communicate analytic insights.
- Polished communication skills for clear articulation of complex issues and presentations.
- Experience influencing, training, mentoring, and leveraging skills for cross-functional success.
- Proficiency with tools like Anaplan and Netsuite.
- Customer-focused mindset for collaboration/influence across a large organization/remote teams.
