As a Principal Growth Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across Huckleberry’s mobile apps and website. You’ll work cross-functionally with Research, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to unlock key levers that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will deeply understand user segments and needs, and work with teams to launch both short term and long term growth initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility

- Drive Experimentation: Rapidly ideate, build, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates, retention, and revenue.
- Champion Customer Value: Balance growth goals with user-centric product development.
- Scale Successful Bets: Identify high-potential opportunities across the customer journey.
- Tell the Growth Story: Regularly report on growth KPIs, test outcomes, and roadmap progress.
- Systematize Growth: Help build a scalable growth engine by establishing best practices.
- Think Beyond the Product: Pursue creative growth opportunities outside of the core product experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of growth product management experience with experience in mobile and/or subscription-based businesses
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Track record of delivering measurable results through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and iterative product improvements
- Experience empowering and motivating a cross-functional team
- Creative, outside-the-box thinking with deep analytical rigor
- Strong oral and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in direct user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis
- You thrive in a startup or other high-ambiguity environment
- Prior experience with user behavior-oriented or habit-forming apps is a plus
