Full-Time Principal Inbound Product Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to join the Platform AI and Innovation team. This team is building the future of intelligent platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define vision, delight customers, analyze competitors, collaborate with designers, validate prototypes.
• Customer Insights: Understand customer needs, usage patterns, develop user personas, and build strong relationships with key clients.
• Product Planning & Release Management: Define the roadmap, prioritize requirements, align with other business units, create feature plans.
• Pricing & Packaging: Collaborate with pricing team to set product pricing and packaging.
• Enablement: Create documentation, support the sales and documentation teams, and ensure internal alignment.

Requirements:

• AI Expertise: Experience with integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Product Management Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management.
• AI Product Delivery: Experience delivering AI-powered products.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make trade-off decisions between options.
• Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration: Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Design Thinking: Passion for design thinking and product management best practices.
• Travel: Ability to travel approximately 15%.
