We are seeking a Staff Outbound Product Manager to scale GTM, customer, and partner enablement for App Engine.
Role: The App Engine Outbound Product Management team is responsible for all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of ServiceNow App Engine.

- Lead a team of outbound product managers to drive GTM for App Engine and Now Assist for Creator.
- Develop high-quality technical enablement content.
- Lead pricing and packaging efforts.
- Define and execute new product launch strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases.
- Become a trusted resource to promote the ServiceNow vision.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams.
To succeed in this role you have:
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Extreme sense of ownership.
- Experience operating in an ambitious environment.
- Consistent track record of working cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated customer obsession.
- Excellent people and presentation skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
