HackerOne is seeking a Principal Product Manager to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI Security product portfolio.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how organizations secure their AI and machine learning systems.
This is a strategic role requiring a deep understanding of both AI technologies and cybersecurity principles.
You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and go-to-market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution for AI Red Teaming offerings.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI security solutions.
- Gather and synthesize input from stakeholders, researchers, customers, and partners.
- Translate complex customer challenges into clear product requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive adoption of new products.
- Act as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain understanding of latest advancements in AI security.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of launching technical products.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
- Strategic thinker, translating market trends into a product vision.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience leading product development in cloud services.
