Job Details
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Confluence Onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define the onboarding strategy for new Confluence admins.
- Understand jobs-to-be-done for technical and business user admins.
- Shape the first-time admin experience.
- Partner with Design and Research to develop empathetic experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Core Product, and Growth teams.
- Work with Engineering and Data Science to define metrics and measure success.
- Drive alignment across Atlassian.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in SaaS Activation/Onboarding, Consumer, or E-Commerce roles.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in using prototyping AI tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience onboarding technical and business user personas in B2B SaaS - Preferred
- Familiarity with Atlassian products - Preferred
