About your tasks:
Strategic Payment Vision: Define and refine a long-term, customer-centric payment strategy aligning with Redcare Pharmacy's goals and market opportunities. Find balance between reducing customer friction and costs. Champion a forward-thinking payment culture, encouraging innovation and best practices.
Drive strategic decision making: Lead in-depth analyses of options, encompassing regulatory requirements, competitive advantages, financial impacts, and organizational readiness. Develop data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between payment initiatives and broader priorities.
Risk and Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Security to ensure payment strategies adhere to regulations (e.g., data privacy, fraud prevention, PSD2).
Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish KPIs to assess payment initiative effectiveness, aligning with broader financial and operational metrics.
About you:
Domain Expertise: Extensive experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally within e-commerce or fintech, understanding marketplace models. Familiarity with payment service providers, PSD2, PCI-DSS, and data privacy regulations.
Strategic & Leadership Abilities: Track record of shaping and executing a forward-looking product strategy in payments or financial services. Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and optimize outcomes. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Passion for staying ahead of emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices in payment systems.
