Join Xplor Field Services, driving product for FieldEdge—a leading platform for contractors and field service professionals.
As a Principle Product Manager, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution across the FieldEdge product line.
You'll be a senior member of a product management team, partnering with design, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Support and evolve the product vision and roadmap.
- Manage, lead, coach, and grow a product management team.
- Own a significant portion of the product portfolio (vision, KPIs, scrum team, milestones).
- Prioritize investments in workflow improvements, new modules, and infrastructure.
- Understand field service businesses through customer engagement and research.
- Balance short-term wins, foundational work, and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Partner with design and engineering for high-quality discovery and delivery.
- Establish a repeatable customer research program.
- Collaborate with GTM teams for launch.
- Define success metrics and use data for prioritization and iteration.
- Communicate progress, risks, and strategic tradeoffs.
- Manage vendor partnerships.
- Represent Field Services internally.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers.
- SaaS product experience with operational complexity (scheduling, quoting, mobile, payments, CRM).
- Understanding of the field service space (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Experience with open API ecosystems for partnerships and integrations.
- Proven ability to scale products and teams in fast-moving environments.
- Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to tie product investments to revenue impact.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading through influence and driving alignment across functions.
- Strong communication and executive engagement skills.
- Empathy for users and passion for building tools that improve their lives.
- Experience with accounting (a plus).
