Privia+ Implementation Manager plays a key role in Privia's provider innovation programs. Responsible for successful implementation of Privia+ products and services, removing burdensome tasks to focus on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for providers from sale to go-live, maintaining regular check-ins.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks and leading successful go-lives.
- Executing project plans, meeting deadlines, and resolving blockers.
- Providing training on coding workflows, documentation, and compliance.
- Offering ongoing education and resources to providers.
- Serving as the primary contact during implementation.
- Maintaining momentum from sale to go-live.
- Providing go-live support as needed.
- Collaborating with clinical, operational, and billing teams.
- Configuring and optimizing coding workflows.
- Testing and validating coding systems for accuracy.
- Supporting providers through change management.
- Collaborating with SMEs for exceptional customer service.
- Compiling and providing feedback to internal and external teams.
- Addressing technical, procedural, or documentation issues.
- Escalating complex issues to relevant teams.
- Performing initial provider documentation audits, providing feedback on standards and accuracy.
- Leading/participating in shadow coding for feedback and support.
- Staying updated on regulatory changes and communicating updates.
- Maintaining detailed records of the implementation process.
- Developing/updating documentation to support future implementations.
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CPC Certification, 5+ years in E&M and specialty coding.
- Preferred: Coding auditing experience.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Salary: $75,000 - $92,000 base pay (plus bonuses and benefits), determined by experience, education and location.
Remote Requirements (for remote work): 5 Mbps Download & 3 Mbps Upload speed minimum.
