Full-Time Procurement Analyst

• Order Creation and Management: Ensure timely purchase orders, negotiate terms, monitor vendor compliance, and track shipments.
• Data Management: Create and audit data sets, support demand forecasting, plan for New Product Introductions, and facilitate data transfer between systems.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Develop vendor communication, manage the purchasing mailbox, assist with vendor onboarding, and maintain vendor records.
• Accounts Payable Management: Submit payments, monitor payment accuracy, reconcile records, and coordinate bank information updates.
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop reports, support ad hoc projects, and adapt to new tools.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field. One year of relevant experience in procurement, including analyzing data sets. Must be adept in collaborating with other teams on the conduct of in-depth cross-functional projects.
