Full-Time Procurement Coordinator - Foods Program Lead

This role will be in charge of coordinating major Procurement programs aiming at achieving medium- and long-term goals by interacting with Portfolios and multifunctional regional teams including supply chain, R&D, finance, and marketing.

Central point for managing key projects and programs for Foods BU Latam connected with the Transformation agenda (Procurement Market Insights, Value Chain Integration, Net Productivity, Cash, Regenerative Agriculture, etc.)

• Keep tracking and report progress of projects and programs to Foods Latam Leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Support Portfolios and project leaders to identify risk and propose solutions
• Responsible for preparing forecast cycles communication to the BU (NMCI) translating results into business relevant information for Retail and UFS and alignment with Finance.
• Participate on Procurement’s Lighthouse Strategy Pillars.

Qualifications:

• University degree – technical, or financial discipline preferred
• Previous experience in Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver), R&D
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential
• Languages: Spanish (advanced), English (advanced), Portuguese (advanced)
• Excellent communication & networking skills
• Analytical capability and resilient behaviour
