Full-Time Procurement Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager will be the overall owner of the procurement program for a specific client.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, make operational decisions, facilitate changes to services, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage client relationships; act as the single point of contact.
• Apply best practices to resolve issues, and demonstrate understanding of technical/specialized concepts in procurement.
• Implement new processes, facilitate documentation, and train necessary to roll out new sourcing programs.
• Act as an active member of the WNS Client Management team.
• Provide leadership to the entire delivery team.
• Assist in setup and manage the central project queue.
• Assist clients with rolling out procurement programs (change management, communication, etc.).
• Determine resource capacity for the delivery team.
• Act as the first point of escalation for team and client.
• Arrange and coordinate training on client processes.
• Provide input to management on team member performance.
• Ensure successful client engagement.
• Balance client requests with WNS interests.
• Provide leadership and consultation on strategic projects.
• Meet with client program management team weekly.
• Prepare and track metrics reporting.
• Lead process improvement discussions.
• Communicate changes to clients and teams.
• Document client-specific processes and exceptions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Develop templates and job aids to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
• 7+ years of Program Management experience
• 10+ years of Procurement Experience
• Knowledge of Category Mgmt concepts and Source to Contract processes
• Prior management experience of up to 50+ people
• Service delivery and Consulting experience
• Expertise in indirect categories (e.g. professional services, marketing, logistics, IT)
