Full-Time PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Procurement Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and improve operational efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans
• Monitoring and renewal of company tenancy agreement and vehicle lease
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations in all procurement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Proficiency in procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and vendor management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of industry-specific procurement practices and international trade regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Malay or other local languages is a plus
