Full-Time Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates and promotes company vision.
• Leverages outsourcing for compliance and customer service with stakeholders.
• Utilizes and develops automation tools for process improvement.
• Drives compliance and governance of Procure-to-Pay.
• Supervises purchasing department for policy adherence.
• Manages direct reports and partners with other Eurofins businesses.
• Leads procurement teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Provides training to optimize team performance.
• Develops KPIs for performance measurement.
• Prepares regular reports on procurement activities.
• Coaches, trains, and develops employees, identifying skill gaps and providing development opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, legal standards, and regulations.
• Maintains procurement records for audit and compliance.
• Works with internal stakeholders to meet service level expectations.
• Develops action plans to improve satisfaction.
• Serves as escalation point and customer service expert.
• Trains new associates on Eurofins NSC Purchasing processes.
• Develops and implements standard operating procedures.
• Supervises order processing to ensure timely execution.
• Resolves discrepancies in orders, invoices, or payments.
• Handles issues and disputes during the Procure-to-Pay cycle.
• Maintains work-load balance and drives operational efficiency.
• Identifies opportunities for added value and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Supports additional organizational reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (or equivalent management experience).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of motivation and success.
• Experience in Laboratory, Bio/Life Sciences, Operations, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
