Job Details
We are seeking a Commercial Product Manager to take ownership of a defined product portfolio, driving growth, innovation, and commercial performance. In this role, you will manage the full product lifecycle, working closely with sourcing, supply chain, marketing, insights, and sales teams to meet business objectives and maintain high product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Strategy & Innovation: Lead NPD and EPD projects.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Monitor trends to identify opportunities.
- Pricing & Commercial Performance: Develop and implement pricing strategies.
- Quality & Compliance: Own commercial responsibility for product quality.
- Pipeline Management: Manage short-term renovations alongside long-term innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product or category management.
- Track record of delivering NPD and EPD projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with a patient- and practitioner-focused approach.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance priorities.
- Analytical and capable of turning data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative, with experience working across teams.
- Skilled in project management.
