Aerostrat is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building a complete maintenance planning solution for the aviation industry.
About this role
Aerros is maintenance planning software for the aviation industry, focused on making it easy to build, analyze, and improve maintenance plans. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for taking complex workflows and turning them into simple, easy-to-understand experiences. You have experience consuming and designing B2B SaaS platforms, and a penchant towards simplicity.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to build and refine mockups and prototypes to determine the best solutions for customers. You are familiar with building UI component libraries and working with engineers to drive your designs to completion.
In this role, you will:
- Learn about aviation maintenance planning.
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making.
- Design user-centric experiences for the Aerros platform.
- Work with the business and engineering teams to build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Build a universal design language & UI component library.
- Work with the product team to analyze and improve decision making.
- Interact directly with customers to identify opportunities.
This role is great for you if...
- You have 3+ years of experience working on B2B SaaS platforms.
- You have a high-level understanding of design systems.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- You find satisfaction in simplifying complex workflows.
- You are comfortable being the key product designer in a lean organization.
- You have significant experience with Figma.
- You have experience with Adobe Suite or similar.
- You have experience with unified design languages, and building UI component libraries.
- You have a deep understanding of usability principles.
- You have experience doing UX research (qualitative and quantitative).
- You have a positive attitude and excellent written communication.
