As a Product Designer at Authorium, you'll be an integral part of our product team, shaping our product offerings. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create user-centered solutions, enhancing the experience for our diverse users and contributing to product strategy.
Your Impact:
- Work on projects from concept to execution, partnering with Product and Sales teams.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, transparent, and inclusive environment.
- Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Maintain and improve app design quality through strong design sensibilities and attention to detail.
- Build alignment on design decisions through effective collaboration and clear presentations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience, collaborating on product design projects.
- Case studies demonstrating strong design taste and craftsmanship across various design skills.
- Motivation to create quality work, enhance our design system, and build cross-functional partnerships.
- Positive energy for a collaborative design environment.
- Effective communication of design process and decisions to stakeholders.
- Proactive identification of areas where design can enhance product strategy.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills combining creativity and data-driven design.
- Clear communication skills for explaining design decisions and collaborating.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, and prototyping.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Service design experience, integrating products with holistic user services
- Interest in emerging design trends and technologies, with practical implementation ability
