- Collaborate closely with your triad partners (PM, Engineering) to co-lead initiatives and achieve shared outcomes.
What you bring
- Experience & Track Record: 3+ years experience designing digital products with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
- Design Mastery: Excellence in design thinking, visual, interaction, and system design.
- Strategic Collaboration: Integrate user feedback, data, and business goals into design decisions.
- Communication & Leadership: Clear communication skills to present and advocate designs confidently.
- Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Professional Qualities: Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
