Responsibilities:
- End-to-end design for core product and growth features.

- Collaborate with engineers to bridge design and technical implementation, ensuring high-quality launches.
- Define design systems and guide the evolution of the product's visual language.
- Drive design-oriented decisions and standards across the company.

Requirements:
- Strong UI/UX design portfolio and experience (ideally 2+ years).
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe).
- Experience collaborating with engineers and other designers.

- Understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, interaction, motion, visual hierarchy).
- Keen eye for design improvements and visual details.
- Bachelor's degree in a design or technical field.
