Full-Time Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end design for core product and growth features.
• Work with stakeholders to define ambiguous user needs into elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to bridge design and technical implementation, ensuring high-quality launches.
• Define design systems and guide the evolution of the product's visual language.
• Drive design-oriented decisions and standards across the company.

Requirements:

• Strong UI/UX design portfolio and experience (ideally 2+ years).
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe).
• Experience collaborating with engineers and other designers.
• User research, user flow mapping, and stakeholder presentations skills.
• Understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, interaction, motion, visual hierarchy).
• Keen eye for design improvements and visual details.
• Bachelor's degree in a design or technical field.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise web applications or API products.
• Fintech industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with responsive design, user metrics, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel).
• Front-end web development experience (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
