Full-Time Product Designer

Position Overview: We seek a talented Product Designer with a background in healthcare SaaS. The ideal candidate will design intuitive interfaces for our healthcare software products. This requires understanding healthcare industry challenges and opportunities, design principles, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, clinicians) to define product requirements and design objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into innovative design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare software design.
• Champion a user-centric design approach.
• Collaborate with other designers on interconnected projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in design, UX, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of product design experience, focusing on healthcare SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Micro-copy writing, style guide creation/maintenance.
• Strong qualitative user research skills (user interviews, contextual inquiry).
• Experience with conversational design.
• Proven track record in delivering patient-driven healthcare experiences.
