Full-Time Product Designer

Flodesk is a fast-growing email marketing company helping creators sell online and design engaging emails. We aim to empower small business owners with simple and intuitive tools for email list growth, nurturing, and monetization.

We are a remote-first company with a diverse and creative team, committed to levelling the playing field for small businesses through good design. This Product Designer role will contribute to translating member needs into product design features.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver simple, beautiful, and intelligent product experiences for members' needs.
• Ensure consistency across all product surfaces (emails, forms, workflows, checkouts).
• Translate static designs into dynamic, editable templates.
• Contribute to the overall product and design direction.
• Maintain visual consistency with the Flodesk brand.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate with the Product team, Design Systems Director, and Development team for smooth handoffs and iterative design.
• Support hiring and design culture establishment.

Skills and Experience:

• Two or more years of experience as a product designer.
• Excellent visual eye and inspiration.
• Seeking simple, elegant solutions.
• Comfort collaborating with multiple teams across time zones.
• Growth mindset, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence over ego.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience using Figma for prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
