We are seeking a creative and passionate designer to join our team. You will work with our product, engineering and operations teams to create exceptional, user-friendly experiences.
You'll work on a cutting-edge product that enables our members to access their health data in real-time, and you'll be challenged to make a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Understanding: Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide teams through the design process.
- Solution Presentation: Illustrate and present creative solutions.
- Research and Integration: Support user experience research, share findings.
- Design System Management: Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive design system.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years experience, with at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience.
- Design Mastery: Proficient in design principles and best practices.
- Portfolio: Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio.
- Critical Thinking: Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development.
