About the Role As a Product Designer at Future, you'll have a monumental impact on our product and company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver designs for Future that align with product direction.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define and understand feature/product requirements.
• Design impactful solutions, balancing intuition with data-driven approaches.
• Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure design implementation by the Product team.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve design quality.
• Gain a deep understanding of business goals, vision, users, and the market.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of consumer product design, information architecture, UX, or related experience.
• Experience designing consumer apps with thoughtful design and structure, especially those with interactive motion design.
• Expert knowledge of consumer products and a commitment to high-quality design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design.
• Proven ability to deliver projects that achieve business and user goals.
• Open to iteration, feedback, and experimentation.
• Ability to connect design to business strategy and collaborate with key members.
• Cross-functional and self-sufficient work style.
• A strong product design portfolio demonstrating functionality, clarity, usability, and flow.
• US work authorization, no sponsorship required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $145,000 - $211,000/year + equity
