Full-Time Product Designer

The successful Product Designer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and enhancement of our critical modules within our HCM platform.

As the Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of modules, features, and functionality that meet the needs of our global clients.

1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
4. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product.
5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
