Full-Time Product Designer

Inpost Group seeks an experienced UX designer to improve and reinvent customer-facing mobile apps for more than 15 countries (InPost and Mondial Relay brands). The ideal candidate will enhance customer experience, develop design principles and frameworks for high-quality, consistent global solutions (considering local needs).

Responsibilities:

• Champion user needs, solving complex problems to improve user experience across digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, internal tools).
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and opportunities.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create high-fidelity mockups aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design, contributing to design systems, best practices, and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) for timely and successful design solutions.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design practices with stakeholders.
• Support the design team by participating in meetings, providing constructive feedback, and supporting fellow designers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design (user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, design process, UI).
• Strong portfolio highlighting native mobile applications and design process.
• Passion for human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma prototyping tools.
• Autonomous work style in responsive, agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and spoken English.
