Why we need you: We're seeking a product designer to shape, build, and ship products transforming a company’s go-to-market motion into one that’s intelligent, AI-augmented, automated, and enriched. This supports sales, marketing, and revenue teams in reaching the right person with the right context at the right time.
How you'll contribute:
- Partner with Product Management to define the product development lifecycle.
- Identify problems or areas of opportunity in the product for our customers.
- Research competitive approaches to problems.
- Explore solutions, review with leadership, and refine.
- Partner with Engineering to craft the product UI and experience.
- Propose solutions for product improvements.
- Contribute to the Common Room design system.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a mid-level to senior product designer.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and design).
- Passion for design and design thinking in problem-solving and product development.
- Ability to grasp complex problems, simplify solutions, and execute quickly.
- Proactive leadership and ownership in design projects.
- Strong collaboration skills.
