What we're looking forAs a Product Designer, you'll join a cross-functional team helping travellers cross borders. You’ll be working on creating the most delightful visa application experience for international travellers. Your work will be seen by millions of travellers a month from 193 countries.
What you can expect- Work closely with product managers, engineers and customer support to improve the traveller's user experience.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking.
- Crafting user interfaces in Figma and building prototypes to show the end to end user experience.
- Participate in various stages of the design lifecycle: from ideation to research, prototyping, validation, and design.
- Partner with Product Managers to rapidly validate concepts prior to development.
- Have 5-8+ years of experience working in a product design role
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of product design, including research, IA, visual and AI prototyping, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing
- Have a keen eye for usability and accessibility principles and creating great user experiences
- Experience or understanding of localization
- Demonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping/iteration
- You are a driver who takes ownership of ensuring a rewarding experience is being delivered to your users
- Present one or more case studies that showcase your impact on the product
- Demonstrate basic design system principles and practices
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma
- Prototyping for desktop and mobile experiences
