About the Product Designer: You will shape the future of Bitcoin by designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for Mezo. Empower users to access Bitcoin's spending power without selling, trading, or losing custody.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions meeting business and user needs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Execute design from concept to hand-off to engineering.
- Maintain and evolve the design system.
- Collaborate with developers, oversee implementation quality, and provide design support.
- Conduct unmoderated and moderated usability testing.
- Monitor and manage quantitative and qualitative data to inform design solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorms, discussions, and design reviews.
- Continuously learn new technologies and create user-friendly experiences.
- Ask uncomfortable questions and get out of your comfort zone.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in designing experiences and interactions.
- Experience collaborating in a design team.
- Experience taking products from 0-1 and achieving product market fit.
- Strong consumer product background.
- Ability to sustain a solution from start to end.
- Flexibility in embracing user feedback.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing robust UI design and visual UX design.
- Experience with wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies.
- Web3 knowledge and experience.
- Openness to unlearning Web2 interactions.
