About the Role: As a Product Designer - Tools & Systems, you will play a pivotal role in improving the user experience for clients and providers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design and enhance internal tools and systems to streamline provider workflows.
- Optimize the efficiency and usability of clinician-facing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to and expand Octave’s design system for consistency, scalability, and alignment.
- Develop and document reusable patterns, components, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Execute design tasks from concept to delivery.
- Incorporate insights from user research and usability testing.
- Participate in sprint planning, design critiques, and discussions.
- Support scaling efforts by designing tools and integrations.
