Full-Time Product Designer

We are looking for a compassionate and visionary Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of seamless, intuitive patient experiences.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that address key challenges in usability and engagement and deliver solutions that support our business objectives.

1. Create empathetic, user-focused designs that consider the diverse needs and abilities of users, including those with varying health literacy levels.
2. Conduct user research to identify pain points, gather insights, and validate design concepts.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web platforms that simplify complex healthcare workflows.
4. Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clinical Experts to align designs with business goals and clinical requirements while ensuring technical feasibility.
5. Champion accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), ensuring all designs are inclusive for patients with disabilities or impairments.
6. Continuously test and refine designs through usability testing with users and stakeholders.
7. Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
8. Design solutions that comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) while maintaining usability and trustworthiness.
