Full-Time Product Designer

UpCodes is a compliance and product research platform trusted by 900,000 monthly active users. We accelerate design to construction in the AEC space, committed to delivering easy-to-use tools that help designers and builders.

We are looking for a seasoned product designer to take on significant strategic responsibilities alongside day-to-day design tasks.

• Own UX/UI design across key features.
• Participate in regular user research.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Marketing on high-priority initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects and product areas.
• Help continue to evolve our design practice.

• Experienced Designer: At least 5 years of experience designing responsive web applications.
• B2B SaaS Familiarity: Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
• Usability-First Perspective: Has a strong intuition for usability and accessibility.
• Confident Researcher: Confident running user research and interviews.
• Self-Starter: Self-motivated with good time management.
• Design-Curious: Passion for the craft and a curiosity about emerging perspectives, techniques, and tools.
• Action-Oriented: Has a bias towards action and iteration.
• Design System Contributor: Has worked with design systems (bonus if you’ve helped build or scale one!).
• Comfortable with Complexity: Experience designing complex or information-dense tools in specialized fields.
